The house has a large private patio/courtyard (large enough for the kids to play football). There is a covered barbecue area so even if there is a rain shower you can still cook your Sardines.

There is a patio table and 6 chairs so you can enjoy your meals alfresco.

The house has 2 roof terraces providing stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the Sea can be seen in the distance.

Property Location

The house is traditional portuguese and is situated in a peaceful village surrounded by farm land. It is the perfect base for exploring the many sights and attractions that the Silver Coast has to offer. 

There is a small grocery shop and cafe bar within walking distance of the house.  

It's just a 10 minute drive to Peniche resort centre with all it's amenities and one of the best beaches in Portugal (perfect for surfing). 

Also just 15 minutes away is Praia d'el Rey golf course and the Medieval Castle town of Obidos.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with extra long double bed (great if your tall)
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, bidet, wc, basin.
Kitchen: Cooker, fridge/freezer, electric kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine, airer.
Living Rooms: Large open-plan lounge/dining area with 2 large sofas, TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2, coffee table, bookcase, bench style dining table to seat 6.
Other: Room adjoining main living room, containing additional dining table to seat 6.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Towels (not beach towels) and linen supplied and changed weekly. Cleaning available in the middle of a 2 week rent on request.

Excellent for families with young children as the property is all on one level, so no need to worry about stair gates.
